Overview
There's a reason to go to Bali. This "island of the Gods" has a strong culture rooted in community, spirituality and nature. You can feel it in the positive nature of the locals, hear it in the welcoming voices, smell it in the burning of cloves at altars scattered all over the country. Here, we find connection. We connect to our bodies through Pilates. We connect to the culture through insightful workshops and excursions. We connect to each other over meaningful conversation and delicious meals. We connect to ourselves through journal prompts, reflection and time to simply "be".

Research has shown us over and over again that disconnecting from our devices more often: - Benefits our sleep cycles - Increases positive self talk - Promotes healthier eating habits - Decreases anxiety & depression - Leads to more productive days at work There are no rules. You choose what amount of detox works best for where you are, in your life, at this time.
A True Retreat
Each space invites you to immerse yourself in serenity and reconnect with your intentions. There are several wonderful areas to gather with others and plenty of spaces for alone time.
Movement Sessions
Let the feeling of awe fill you as you find your mat for class. Each morning Pilates session offers a deep dive into a specific theme. In the afternoons, we integrate what we’ve learned, reinforcing strong foundations to carry with us long after the retreat. Our space is a stunning joglo-style space with carved teak ceilings and glass walls. Practicing by the lush gardens and pool is beyond peaceful. If you'd like private Pilates sessions or a postural assessment during the week, Lexi & Kaitlyn will be available to guide you!
Indoor/Outdoor Living
The Balinese culture deeply embraces indoor-outdoor living, blending natural elements with daily life in a way that feels seamless and harmonious. Our retreat venue effortlessly achieves this feeling.
Tea House
Every detail radiates peace and tranquility at the Tea House on the resort grounds. Here you can pause to reflect, find stillness or simply enjoy delicious tea!
Massage
Massage is central to Balinese culture, blending spiritual and healing traditions to promote balance and well-being. Experiencing a traditional Balinese massage is a meaningful way to honor the island’s heritage, and TWO massages are included in the retreat, at our Eco-Resort.
Meals
Meals feature fresh, locally-inspired dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Examples include avocado/egg/arugula toast, smoothie bowls, Indonesian noodles, poke bowls, gado-gado (tofu dish), chicken curry, seared salmon with pineapple salsa, and traditional Balinese pepes ikan wrapped in banana leaves. Each meal is accompanied by vibrant salads and sides and at dinner, indulgent desserts (pandan crepes, matcha cheesecake, lemon panna cotta, and coconut gelato). Dietary preferences can be accommodated!
Off-the-beaten Path
This retreat is intentionally nestled off the beaten path, not far from the vibrant beach towns of Canggu and Seminyak, yet rooted in Bali's authentic culture and natural beauty. Removed from the bustle, the best way to get to town is by car. Transportation is provided for included activities and can be arranged for additional excursions as well.
Tanah Lot
On the full moon, we visit Tanah Lot, one of Bali’s most iconic temples, where locals come together to honor this sacred time. The full moon’s low tide allows access to the temple, creating a magical atmosphere as people flock to this stunning spot. This lively gathering feels like a festival and offers an unforgettable glimpse into Bali’s rich spiritual traditions.
Kecak Fire Dance
Picture this: a circle of chanting men creating hypnotic rhythms, fire crackling in the background, and a dramatic tale of love, bravery, and devotion unfolding before your eyes. The Kecak Fire Dance is a captivating showcase of Balinese storytelling, where rhythmic chants, fire, and vibrant costumes bring epic tales of love and courage to life in a truly unforgettable experience.
Canang Sari
As part of your retreat, you will embrace the sacred Balinese tradition of creating canang sari—small offerings of gratitude and devotion. This practice invites mindfulness, fosters connection, and honors the spiritual essence of Bali.
Five Elements Ceremony
The Five Elements Ceremony in Bali, known as Panca Maha Bhuta, is a spiritual ritual that seeks to harmonize the five elements believed to make up the universe and the human body. They are: earth (Pertiwi), water (Apah), fire (Teja), air (Bayu), and ether (Akasa). A local priest performs this ceremony for our group, and we learn about the balance between the physical and spiritual realms.
Boreh Making Class
Create Bali’s own version of a "Tiger Balm" body scrub! This traditional remedy combines herbs and spices to create a therapeutic body wrap treatment. Boreh can be used to exfoliate the skin, stimulate the nervous system, improve blood circulation, and support digestion.
Mala Bead Necklaces
In Bali, mala bead necklaces are tied to the island’s spiritual traditions, used as tools for mindfulness and meditation. In our mala-making workshop, you’ll get to create a keepsake that embodies your journey and intentions from your experience here.
Batu Bolong Temple
This unique temple is perched on a rocky arch extending into the ocean! We visit its soft sandy beach and breathtaking views from the temple.
