Overview
Surrounded by turquoise waters and French-Caribbean charm, this retreat unfolds at a boutique resort rooted in French culture where open spaces and daily rhythms create a naturally social experience. We’ll ground through mat Pilates and by meditation, share slow meals by the sea, and explore nearby islands by boat. From coastal elegance to quiet moments of connection, this is an invitation to breathe deeply, move intentionally, and savor the beauty of St. Martin, together. With laughter, adventure, and joy woven through each day, this retreat is as rejuvenating as it is fun!

You'll Be Staying Here
Inviting Boutique Hotel

The rooms are airy and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and thoughtful touches that make it easy to settle in.
The vibe is effortlessly relaxed… and yes, the croissants melt in your mouth.
The Experience
Balance
Our carefully curated itineary leaves space for adventure, connection, relaxation and exploring.
Authenticity
Nestled on the French side of St. Martin, Grand Case is a hidden gem; peaceful, picturesque, and full of charm. With turquoise waters, incredible food, and a laid-back local vibe, it’s the perfect place to slow down and savor island life off the tourist track.
Movement Sessions
Each day will include movement sessions designed specifically for the group, blending mat Pilates, mindful stretching, and breathwork to meet you exactly where you are. Whether your body is craving grounding, energy, or release, sessions will be thoughtfully adapted to support how you’re feeling. And the best part? We’ll move outside, overlooking the Caribbean Sea, surrounded by the kind of beauty that makes it easy to drop in and reconnect.
Meals
When in the culinary capital of the Caribbean, every meal is part of the experience. We'll savor everything from fresh, beachside grilled fare at the local lolo’s (open-air BBQ spots loved by locals) to refined French-Caribbean cuisine that rivals the best in the world. You’ll enjoy some meals together as a group, and you’ll also have time to explore the village’s incredible restaurants on your own. Whether you're craving seafood by candlelight or a casual crepe with your toes in the sand, this is a place to indulge. Dietary needs can be accommodated.
Digital Detox
This is your chance to step back from the noise. Here, away from pressure and the constant buzz of everyday life, there is space to reconnect: with yourself, with others, and with the environment around you. There is no right way to unplug. You choose what feels supportive based on where you are and what you need right now.
Catamaran to Anguilla
One day, we’ll set sail on a catamaran adventure to Anguilla. We’ll cruise across the Caribbean Sea, soak up the sun, and drop anchor at some of Anguilla’s most beautiful snorkeling spots! Think vibrant reefs, calm coves, and maybe even a sea turtle or two. With a fresh lunch onboard and plenty of time to paddleboard, snorkel, or simply relax on deck, it’s the perfect blend of adventure and ease.
Catamaran to St. Barth's
We’ll hop aboard a boat bound for the chic island of St. Barth’s. Our adventure begins with a scenic coastal hike to Toiny Beach, a hidden stretch of untamed shoreline known for its dramatic waves, rugged cliffs, and wild, natural energy. It’s the perfect place to breathe deep, take in the view, or dip your toes in the surf. After the hike, we’ll cruise around the island to Gustavia, St. Barth’s picture-perfect capital. There, we’ll enjoy a leisurely lunch at a local restaurant, explore charming shops and galleries, and soak up the French-Caribbean atmosphere at our own pace.
St. Martin Planes
One of the wildest things about St. Martin? The planes! On departure day, we will head to the airport early to spend a bit of time at Maho Beach. Huge jets will fly right over our heads as they come in for landing at the airport. It’s loud, a little crazy, and totally unforgettable. It’s one of those “only in St. Martin” kind of moments.

Isn't August hurricane season? Talk to me about the weather, please.
Timing of this retreat has been considered carefully, and examined alongside professionals who spend every summer in St. Martin, on the water.
While the Atlantic hurricane season officially runs from June 1 to November 30, the first two weeks of August are historically outside of the active period for storms in St. Martin and the surrounding Caribbean.
Peak hurricane activity typically occurs between late August and early October.
