Cat Island is one of the beautiful "out islands" in the Bahamas and most people have never heard of it. Fernandez Bay Village is home to some of the friendliest villagers and some of the most beautiful white sand beaches! Here we have the ideal blend of adventure and movement classes. We'll look out at the blue ocean as we practice Pilates and yoga under a shaded pavilion. We'll climb the highest point in all of the Bahamas an find out what conch tastes like. Finally, a retreat that leaves you feeling like you had a chance to restore your mind and body. A true vacation!
