Overview
Early Bird Pricing Ends June 10. Group Size: 18-20 participants Lindeza is a beautiful Portuguese word that translates to "beauty" or "loveliness". It perfectly sets the tone for this adventure as we make authentic connection and enjoy a slower pace of life through cobblestone streets and picturesque landscapes. This word describes the charm and elegance of our accommodation on this retreat, the quiet joy we find in every nook and cranny.

The Experience
Balance
Our carefully curated itineary leaves space for adventure, connection, relaxation and exploring.
Off-the-beaten Path
Olhao is a picturesque fishing town in Southern Portugal! Here we wander away from busy tourist areas to explore traditional Portuguese living and taste the freshest seafood in the country. This is a destination for those who like a bit of adventure; there are no big hotels, resorts or big-city amenities here.
Movement Sessions
Let the feeling of calm wash over you as you walk in to our incredible movement spaces. We'll practice up on the rooftop to the sound of church bells in the distance. The stained glass on the ceiling of the meditation room will leave your heart full. There's much to explore here! These classes are appropriate for first-timers and advanced students alike.
Meals
Fresh local produce and world famous Portuguese seafood will grace our plates at mealtime. Our chef-prepared meals at the house will be served family style! The menu will be omnivore, and feature Portuguese, Italian, Indian and Mediterranean cuisine. Dietary needs can be accommodated.
Olive Oil Tasting
We are transported down a long, tree-lined drive to a beautiful olive grove. Our tour takes us through the grove and up close to the olive oil making process (we even get a look at the olive press, from Roman times!) used to create Extra Virgin Olive Oil. As we taste the different oils from the grove, we marvel at how connected we feel to the culture we are in, through food. The next stop is delicious lunch at a nearby farmhouse for a one-of-a kind dining experience.
Local Markets
Olhao has an incredible authentic market, which we'll visit on Saturday! There are booths inside and out, and it's right along the promenade. We made sure to be in Olhao on Saturday, just for this experience.
Yin Yoga with Piano
Yin yoga is a meditative style of yoga, where we relax into one position using blocks and cushions, for several minutes before moving on. It provides an excellent container for connecting the mind and body. This session takes place in the large entryway, where the acoustics of the piano allow you to tune in to your thoughts and sensations.
Boat Cave Tour
We step into a different side of the Algarve, exploring its coastline from within. On this one-hour cave tour, we glide along golden cliffs and into sea-carved grottos shaped by time and tide.
Rio Formosa Natural Park
We take a mid-morning ferry to Ilha Deserta and step into a tranquil, untouched paradise. We enjoy lunch at a charming restaurant while taking in the views, walk on golden sands and simply 'be'. No trip to Olhao is complete without a trip to this special place.
Cobblestone Streets
The streets of historic Olhao are beautiful cobblestone! There is ample time to meander through, exploring the historic architecture and meticulously tiled walls.
Digital Detox
This is your chance to step back from the noise. Here, away from pressure and the constant buzz of everyday life, there is space to reconnect: with yourself, with others, and with the environment around you. There is no right way to unplug. You choose what feels supportive based on where you are and what you need right now.
We Give Back
5% of profit goes straight to Somos Esperança - Associação de Solidariedade. This group is in Olhao and provides meals, essentials, and support accessing healthcare and social services to the homeless and vulnerable.

October in Olhão is one of the loveliest times to be here. The intense summer heat has softened, the crowds have thinned, and the days are still beautifully warm and sunny.
